No. 1611 of 1991. COMMISSIONER R.N. GEORGE. 8 April 1992. Order. HAVING heard Ms M. Robinson on behalf of the Applicants and Mr A. Lee on behalf of the Respondents, and by consent, the Commission, being satisfied that the matter is consistent with the Principles enunciated by the State Wage Case decision —January 1992 and pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby Orders— That the Mechanical and Electrical Contractors (North West Shelf Project Platform) Award 1984 be varied in accordance with the following Schedule and that such variation shall have effect from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after the 3rd day of April 1992.
