HAVING heard from Mr J Crabtree on his own behalf and Mr R Andretich of counsel on behalf of the respondent, the Public Service Appeal Board (Board), pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby directs –
THAT the parties give notice to one another of the names of all witnesses they intend to call to give evidence in the proceedings by Friday, 2 July 2021.
THAT the appellant provide the respondent with a copy of any document which the appellant intends to rely upon at the hearing by Friday, 25 June 2021.
THAT the respondent compile six copies of an indexed and paginated ‘Hearing Book’ containing both the appellant’s documents provided in accordance with order 2, together with all documents which the respondent intends to rely upon at hearing by Friday, 2 July 2021; and
file three copies for the Board;
provide one copy to the appellant; and
make one copy available at the hearing for use by witnesses.
THAT the parties have liberty to apply on short notice.
