DeBlank and with him Mr G. Gilbert on behalf of the Respondent, and by consent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979, hereby orders: THAT the Office of Energys Enterprise Agreement 1996 attached hereto be and is hereby registered as an industrial agreement and shall have effect from the be- ginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 24 July 1996. Attestation Schedule ASalaries Payable Under this Agreement Schedule BInterim Operational Targets 3.PARTIES BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT This Agreement shall be binding upon the Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Energy (the employer), and the Civil Service Association of Western Australia Inc (the Union). 4.EMPLOYEES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT As at the date of registration of this agreement the number of employment positions subject to this agreement totalled 80 and the current number of employees was approximately 70. 5.DEFINITIONS Office of Energy For the purposes of this Agreement, Office of Energy shall mean the organisation providing the integrated services of the Office of Energy, with current locations at the 5th Floor SGIO Atrium, 168 St Georges Terrace and at 20 Southport Street Leederville and country locations at Collie, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Karratha. The Employer The Coordinator of Energy (and successors according to law) is for the purpose of this Agreement the employer. The Employee All persons employed by the Office of Energy as a perma- nent, contract or casual member of staff under the Public Sec- tor Management Act (with the exception of the CEO) is for the purpose of this Agreement an employee. Chief Executive Officer The title Chief Executive Officer refers to the Coordinator of Energy.
