This Agreement will also apply to employees of other agencies who are seconded to the Office, during the term of their secondment. 3.—PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT This Agreement is made between the Office of Racing, Gam- ing and Liquor and the Civil Service Association of Western Australia (Incorporated). 4.—NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES COVERED As at the date of registration of this Agreement by the West- ern Australian Industrial Relations Commission the approximate number of employees covered by this Agreement is one. 5.—DEFINITIONS In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the fol- lowing meanings— (1) “Agreement” Shall mean The Office of Racing, Gam- ing and Liquor Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2000. (2) “Agency” Shall mean The Office of Racing, Gam- ing and Liquor. (3) “Employee” Shall mean Someone who is referred to at Clause 2 - Scope. (4) “Employer” Shall mean The Executive Director of the Office of Racing, Gaming and Liquor. (5) “Government” Shall mean The State Government of Western Australia. (6) “Metropolitan Area” Shall mean The area within a radius of fifty (50) kilometres from the Perth City Railway Station. (7) “PSA” and “Award” Shall mean Public Service Award 1992. (8) “SBU” Shall mean Single Bargaining Unit. (9) “Union” Shall mean Civil Service Association of Western Australia Inc. (10) “WAIRC” Shall mean The Western Australian In- dustrial Relations Commission. 6.—DATE AND OPERATION OF AGREEMENT 1. This Agreement shall operate from the beginning of the first full pay period on or after the date of registration in the
