HAVING heard from the appellant on his own behalf and Mr McIlwaine on behalf of the respondent, the Public Service Appeal Board, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), and by consent, hereby directs:
1. THAT directions 2 to 8 of [2022] WAIRC 00782 are vacated;
2. THAT the appellant file and serve upon the respondent any outlines of evidence and documents upon which they intend to rely on at the hearing by no later than 6 January 2023;
3. THAT the respondent file and serve upon the appellant any outlines of evidence and documents upon which they intend to rely on at the hearing by no later than 20 January 2023;
