AGREED OUTCOME OF CONFERENCE
In a conference held before me today the following was agreed between the parties:

By close of business Monday 25 October 2004 Abigroup Pty Ltd (the company) will respond to the letter of Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) dated 12 October 2004. The response will indicate meeting times that suit the company;
[2]
The CFMEU agrees to withdraw its bargaining notice;
[3]
There will be a report back to the Commission at 10.15am on 4 November 2004;
[4]
There will be no bans or limitations implemented by the CFMEU at the company's work sites until at least a report back to the Commission and any disputes will be pursued through the dispute settlement procedures in the agreement;
[5]
On Tuesday 26 October 2004 the company will present Mr.Edwards, Mr.Hill and Mr.Mantis with the slide show presentation given to the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector and a copy of the Asset Handover Procedure documents will be provided if they are available; and
[6]
A meeting will be held as soon as possible, at the latest on the afternoon of Monday 25 October 2004, between the Project Manager of the company and the CFMEU to discuss the precast concrete being used at the Craigieburn site.
