The Fair Work Commission orders as follows pursuant to s.120(2) of the Fair Work Act 2009: [1] The redundancy payment entitlement of Marcelia Powell under s.119 of the Fair Work Act 2009 arising from the termination of her employment with Australian Commercial Catering Pty Ltd is reduced to $3253.80.
