Order
HAVING heard from Ms N Arys on behalf of the Disability Services Commission and Ms S Zuvelek on behalf of the Civil Service Association of Western Australia Incorporated, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 26 March 2025 entitled the Disability Services Commission (Social Trainers) CSA Agreement 2024, and as amended and filed on 22 April 2025 attached hereto, be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Disability Services Commission (Social Trainers) CSA Agreement 2022 which by operation of s 41(8) is hereby cancelled.
