HAVING heard from Ms S Allard on behalf of Arts and Culture Trust, Mr A Markey on behalf of Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance of Western Australia (Union of Employees) and Mr R James on behalf of United Workers Union (WA), the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 7 February 2025 entitled Arts and Culture Trust Venues Management MEAA and UWU Agreement 2024 as amended and filed on 1 April 2025 attached to this Order be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Arts and Culture Trust Venues Management MEAA Agreement 2022, which by operation of s 41(8) is cancelled.
