THAT the applicant file and serve a detailed Statement of Facts upon which it will rely at the hearing by the 11 th day of May 2015. 2. THAT the respondent file and serve a detailed Statement of Facts upon which it will rely at the hearing by the 3 rd day of June 2015. 3. THAT paragraphs 1, 4 and 5 of the correspondence from the Commission to the parties dated the 26 th day of March 2015 confirming the outcome of the Directions hearing will remain in place.
