HAVING heard Mr A Johnson on behalf of the applicant and there being no appearance on behalf of the respondent, and by consent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders:
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 27 May 2015 entitled the Shire of Murray Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2015 as amended by the parties on 6 August 2015 attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement on 19 August 2015 in replacement of the Shire of Murray Collective Agreement 2011 Operations Centre Employees (No AG 11 of 2011) which by operation of s 41(8) is hereby cancelled.
