HAVING heard Ms D Glynn on behalf of the applicant and Mr D Wayda on behalf of the respondent and by consent the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979 hereby orders –
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 11 October 2016 entitled Western Australia Police Agency Specific Agreement 2016 attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Western Australia Police Agency Specific Agreement 2013 (No. PSAAG 3 of 2013) which by operation of s 41(8) is hereby cancelled.
