WHEREAS the Commission has before it an application pursuant to section 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 to register an agreement as an industrial agreement; and
WHEREAS I am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and that it should be registered;
NOW I, the undersigned, pursuant to the powers conferred on me under section 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby register the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 14 March 2017 entitled Executive Transport Services Employees Agreement 2017 attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of Executive Transport Services Employees Agreement 2014.
