DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (YOUTH CUSTODIAL OFFICERS) CSA GENERAL AGREEMENT 2017 WESTERN AUSTRALIAN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION PARTIES Department of JUSTICE FIRST APPLICANT The Civil Service Association of Western Australia Incorporated SECOND APPLICANT CORAM Commissioner D J Matthews DATE friday, 5 January 2018 FILE NO/S PSAAG 7 OF 2017 CITATION NO. 2018 WAIRC 00008 Result Agreement registered Representation (by correspondence) First Applicant Mr S Dane as agent Second Applicant Ms A Wallish Registration of Agreement WHEREAS the Commission has before it an application pursuant to section 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 to register an agreement as an industrial agreement; and WHEREAS I am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and that it should be registered; NOW I, the undersigned, pursuant to the powers conferred on me under section 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby register the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 13 December 2017 entitled Department of Justice (Youth Custodial Officers) CSA General Agreement 2017 attached hereto as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Department of Corrective Services Youth Custodial Officers’ General Agreement 2014.
