THE Commission has before it an application pursuant to section 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 to register an agreement as an industrial agreement; and
HAVING heard Mr G Upham for the applicant and Mr S Farrell as agent and with him Ms V Letts for the respondent on 9 February 2018;
I am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirements of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and that it should be registered;
NOW I, the undersigned, pursuant to the powers conferred on me under section 41 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby register as an industrial agreement the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 6 September 2017 and amended by the parties on 9 February 2018 entitled Identitywa Administrative/Professional Staff Certified Agreement 2017. In accordance with section 41(8) Industrial Relations Act 1979, this agreement cancels the Identitywa Administrative/Professional Staff Certified Agreement 2010.
