HAVING heard Mr J Nicholas of counsel on behalf of the applicant and Mr D Rafferty of counsel on behalf of the respondent, the Chief Commissioner, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
(1) THAT the audio recording of the State Council meeting of the respondent on 12 June 2026 be provided by the respondent to the applicant by close of business 10 July 2026.
(2) THAT access to that part of the audio recording of the ‘in camera’ session of the State Council meeting be limited to the applicant, Mr Jarman and the legal representatives of the parties.
