HAVING heard from Ms S Andrew on behalf of the Western Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union of Employees and Ms K Clune on behalf of the Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia Limited, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 21 May 2026 entitled the Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia Limited Agreement 2026, attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the Aboriginal Legal Service of Western Australia Limited Agreement 2022, which by operation of s 41(8) is hereby cancelled.
