Order
WHEREAS on 23 June 2026 the City of Canning filed an application seeking to vary the City of Canning Industrial Agreement 2025 pursuant to s 43 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA);
AND WHEREAS the application sought to vary the Agreement to reflect a new classification and salary structure to apply to the City of Canning’s Outside Workforce;
AND WHEREAS the application complies with Regulation 55 and Regulation 57 of the Industrial Relations Commission Regulations 2005 (WA);
AND WHEREAS all parties to the Agreement consent to this application for the variation of an industrial agreement being determined on the papers;
AND WHEREAS all the parties to the Agreement consent to its variation in accordance with the City of Canning’s application;
NOW THEREFORE the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA) hereby orders –
THAT the City of Canning Industrial Agreement 2025 be varied by substituting the agreement attached hereto, with effect from the date of this order.
