The matter was allocated to me for consideration on 13 May 2024. [2] Further to a conference between the above parties on 24 May 2024, the Respondent sought an order from the Commission that it mark as confidential the letter from the Respondent to the Applicant dated 27 March 2024 and the letter from Frenkel Partner Lawyers to the Respondent dated 9 April 2024 which were lodged by the Applicant with the Form F8 - general protections application involving dismissal filed on 16 April 2024 in respect of the above matter. The Respondent has also provided a redacted version of the letter dated 9 April 2024 which they seek to have added to the Commission’s file. The Applicant does not object to the order being made. [3] I am satisfied that it is desirable to make the order sought. I will issue an order1 to that effect separately.
