Pursuant to s.459(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), I order that the period referred to in s.459(1)(d)(i) of the Act, as it applies to the industrial action authorised by the protected action ballot conducted pursuant to the Order issued in B2019/437 [PR708999] on 4 June 2019, which results were declared on 2 July 2019, be extended by a further 30 days.
