Application for relief from unfair dismissal, compensation ordered. [1] Further to the decision [2019] FWC 3434 issued in this matter, the Fair Work Commission orders that GVK NSW Reo Pty Ltd pay Ms Doris Haberfehiner compensation of one weeks wages, being the sum of $2,327.00 (less tax as required by law), plus the statutory superannuation on this amount.
