1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.394—Unfair dismissal Anthony Joseph Levey v Teekay Shipping (Australia) Pty Ltd (U2019/2348) DEPUTY PRESIDENT DEAN SYDNEY, 14 MAY 2019 Application for an unfair dismissal remedy. A. Further to the Decision [[2019] FWC 3188] of the Fair Work Commission issued on 14 May 2019, and pursuant to s.394(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, I order that the time for Mr Levey to make his application under s.394 of the Act be extended to the actual date of lodgement.
