1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.157—variation of modern award Viterra Operations Pty Ltd (AM2019/1) VITERRA BULK HANDLING AND STORAGE OF GRAINS, PULSES AND MINERALS AWARD 2015 [MA000136] Grain handling industry COMMISSIONER HAMPTON ADELAIDE, 15 FEBRUARY 2019 Application to vary the Viterra Bulk Handling and Storage of Grains Pulses and Minerals Award 2015 – award varied. A. Further to the Decision1 issued by the Fair Work Commission on 15 February 2019, the above award is varied as follows: 1. By deleting the words “50 points” appearing in Operator Skill Level 2 of Schedule C and inserting “45 points”. 2. By deleting the words “90 points” appearing in Operator Skill Level 3 of Schedule C and inserting “75 points”. 3. By deleting the words “150 points” appearing in Operator Skill Level 4 of Schedule C and inserting “130 points”. 4. By deleting the words “200 points” appearing in Operator Skill Level 5 of Schedule C and inserting “170 points”. 5. By amending the name of Schedule D to “Skill Based Career Path for Storage and Handling Operators Procedure Manual” and making any consequential changes to the Award. 6. By deleting the hyperlinked document “Viterra Skill Based Career Path for Storage and Handling Operators Manual” in Schedule D and inserting the document “Skill Based Career Path for Storage and Handling Operators Procedure Manual January 2019” to be hyperlinked accordingly. 1 [2019] FWC 958 MA000136 PR704803 DETERMINATION MA000136 PR704803 2 B. This determination comes into operation from 15 February 2019.
