A. Further to the Decision1 issued by the Fair Work Commission on 15 February 2019, the above award is varied as follows: 1. By deleting the words “50 points” appearing in Operator Skill Level 2 of Schedule C and inserting “45 points”. 2. By deleting the words “90 points” appearing in Operator Skill Level 3 of Schedule C and inserting “75 points”. 3. By deleting the words “150 points” appearing in Operator Skill Level 4 of Schedule C and inserting “130 points”. 4. By deleting the words “200 points” appearing in Operator Skill Level 5 of Schedule C and inserting “170 points”. 5. By amending the name of Schedule D to “Skill Based Career Path for Storage and Handling Operators Procedure Manual” and making any consequential changes to the Award. 6. This determination comes into operation from 15 February 2019. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 15 February 2019.
