1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.394—Unfair dismissal Ellie Wood v Gunbalanya Sports and Social Club (U2017/9023) COMMISSIONER BISSETT MELBOURNE, 6 MARCH 2018 Application for an unfair dismissal remedy – compensation awarded. A. In accordance with the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission (Commission) on 6 March 20181, I hereby order that: 1. Pursuant to s.392 of the Fair Work Act 2009, Gunbalanya Sports and Social Club is required to pay to Ms Ellie Wood the sum of $24,186.24 gross, to be taxed in accordance to law, plus 12% superannuation in lost remuneration. 2. The amount is to be paid within 14 days of the making of this Order. B. This Order has effect from 6 March 2018.
