A. Further to the decision issued by the Full Bench on 9 June 2017 ([2017] FWCFB 3135), we order the above award be varied as follows: 1. By deleting the word “regional” from the definition of “regional daily newspaper office” appearing in clause 3.1, and moving the definition into alphabetical order. 2. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in clause 4.9(n). 3. By deleting the phrase “Regional daily newspaper office” appearing in the table in clause 8.6(a) and inserting “Daily newspaper office”. 4. By deleting the word “regional” wherever it appears in clause 18.3. 5. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in clause 18.4. 6. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in clause 25.1(a). 7. By deleting the word “regional” wherever it appears in clause 30.2(d)(ii). 8. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in the heading of clause 30.6. 9. By deleting the word “regional” wherever it appears in clause 30.6(d). 10. By deleting the word “regional” wherever it appears in clause 30.6(e). By deleting the word “regional” appearing in the heading of clause 30.6(g). 13. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in the heading of clause 30.7. 14. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in clause 33.3(d). 15. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in clause 37.2. 16. By deleting the sentence “This provision does not apply to a shiftworker as defined in clause 37.4.” appearing in clause 37.2. 17. By inserting the sentence “Where there is an agreement between an employer and an employee under this clause 37.2, this clause 37.2 applies to the employee instead of clause 37.4.” after the word and numbers “or 41.4.” in clause 37.2. 18. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in clause 41.2; and 19. By deleting the word “regional” appearing in clause 41.4. B. This determination comes into operation from 16 June 2017. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 16 June 2017.
