RECOMMENDATION [1] This application was the subject of a conference before the Commission on Wednesday, 2 April 2003. [2] As a consequence of discussions between the parties, the Commission recommends, as detailed in transcript, that the following course of action be adopted: 1. That the formal performance counselling session scheduled for the afternoon of this day be carried out as planned; 2. That it not be a `third and final' counselling session, which was the concern in the Applicant's application; 3. That a further performance counselling session be scheduled for four weeks' time; 4. That Ms Steinbeck be provided with an opportunity to provide feedback about the new performance objectives, in the manner provided for in the Westpac Banking Corporation Enterprise Development Agreement 2002 (AG 2002/3988) [3] It is recognised in making these Recommendations that the parties reserve their respective rights, and that the Recommendations are made on the basis of submissions made by the parties in conciliation conference only.
