DECISION [1] Further to decision [ PR909568 ] and order [ PR909665 ] issued in September 2001 the above award, in which the simplification process had been completed in all respects other than for the issue of classifications and wage rates, I have considered the restructured classifications and wage rates as agreed between the parties to the Liquor and Accommodation Industry - Engine Drivers' and Firemen's - Breweries - Award 2001 (award). [2] I am satisfied that the classification structures and rates of pay in the award are consistent with Paid Rates Review Decision [Q7661]. [3] I am satisfied that the award accords in all respects with the Full Bench Principles, in particular Principle 9 of the Award Simplification Case. [4] An order giving effect to my decision will issue separately.
