1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.394—Unfair dismissal Phillip Coffey v QBar Darwin Pty Ltd (U2017/2851) COMMISSIONER BISSETT MELBOURNE, 27 SEPTEMBER 2017 Application for unfair dismissal remedy – applicant unfairly dismissed – remedy – compensation ordered. A. In accordance with the decision1 in this matter issued on 27 September 2017, I order that: 1. Pursuant to s.392 of the Fair Work Act 2009 that QBar Darwin Pty Ltd pays to Mr Phillip Coffey as compensation in lieu of reinstatement an amount of $3,897.87 gross, taxed according to law plus 9.5% superannuation. 2. The amount is to be paid within 21 days of the making of this order. B. This Order has effect from 27 September 2017.
