HAVING heard Ms S Wood on behalf of the applicant and Mr T Kucera of counsel on behalf of the respondent and by consent the Commission, pursuant to the power conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979 hereby orders –
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 22 December 2020 entitled Western Australian Fire Service Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2020 as attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement with effect on and from 12 January 2021 in replacement of the Western Australian Fire Service Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2017 which is hereby cancelled.
