Between the Australian Workers' Union, Western Aus- tralian Branch, Industrial Union of Workers, Claimant and Robe River Iron Associates, Respondent. Order. HAVING heard Mr K. McCann on behalf of the claimant and Mr K. Johnstone on behalf of the respondent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders — That Mr Duckworth's suspension for five days as determined under the Disciplinary Procedure agreed to between the applicant and the respondent should stand, but that Mr Duckworth shall not be transferred to another work area.
