Ministerial Officers State Government Administration COMMISSIONER G.L. FIELDING 28 September 1988 Order. HAVING heard Mr K.H. Dodd on behalf of the Applicant and Mr K. Hutchinson on behalf of the Respondent, the Commission, constituted by the Public Service Arbitrator, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979, having satisfied itself that the terms of the General Order of the Commission No. 730 of 1988, dated 9 September 1988 have been complied with, and in particular the prescription relating to Structural Efficiency, and by consent, hereby orders— That the Education Department Ministerial Officers Salaries Alowances and Conditions Award 1983 as amended be further amended in accordance with the following Schedule. Clause 7. — Salaries: Delete the salaries contained in subclause (2) (a) (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of this clause and insert in lieu the following: (2) (a) (i) School Assistants Class 1. Salary rates in Column B shall have effect from the first pay period commencing on or after the 28th day of March 1989. 3. Clause 7. — Salaries: After subclause (5) add a new subclause (6) as follows: (6) It is a term of this award that the Association undertakes until 1 July 1989 not to pursue any extra claims award or overaward except when consistent with the State Wage Principles. 4.
