THIS matter having come on for hearing before the Full Bench on the 19th day of May 1988 and having been further heard on the 31st day of May 1988 and having heard Mr J.A. McGinty on behalf of the Appellant and Mr G.E. Bull on behalf of the Respondent and the Full Bench having reserved judgment on the matter and judgment being delivered on the 23rd day of September 1988, wherein the Full Bench unanimously upheld the appeal and gave reasons therefor, it is this day, the 23rd day of September 1988 ordered that:— 1. The appeal be upheld; 2. The decision of the Commission dated the 15th day of February 1988 in matters Nod. A29 and A29A of 1985 be suspended; and 3.
