McGinty on behalf of the Appellant and Mr G.E. Bull on behalf of the Respondent and the Full Bench having reserved judgment on the matter and judgment being delivered on the 23rd day of September 1988, wherein the Full Bench unanimously upheld the appeal and gave reasons therefor, it is this day, the 23rd day of September 1988 ordered that:— 1. The appeal be upheld; 2. The decision of the Commission dated the 15th day of February 1988 in matters Nod. A29 and A29A of 1985 be suspended; and 3.
