WESTERN AUSTRALIAN SCHOOL OF NURSING (SALARIED OFFICERS) AWARD No. 37 of 1978. Salaried Officers Health and Welfare Services COMMISSIONER G. L. FIELDING. 8th day of September 1988. Order. HAVING heard Miss C. P. Drew on behalf of the Applicant and Mr L. C. Conceicao on behalf of the Respondent, the Commission, constituted by the Public Service Arbitrator, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979 2441 having satisfied itself that the terms of the General Order of the Commission No. 1195 of 1986 dated 24 April 1987 have been complied with, and by consent, hereby orders — That the Western Australian School of Nursing (Salaried Officers) Award 1978 as amended be further amended by deleting the amounts of "$3.90", "$4.80" and "$5.75" in Clause 13. — Meal Money and inserting in lieu the amounts "$4.70", "$5.80" and "$6.95" respectively with effect from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after the 4th day of July 1988.
