Salaried Officers University Administration COMMISSIONER G.L. FIELDING. Nth day of September 1988. Order. HAVING heard Mr J.D. Miller on behalf of the Applicant and Miss S.C. Lloyd on behalf of the Respondent, the Commission, constituted by the Public Service Arbitrator, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979, having satisfied itself that the terms of the General Order of the Commission No. 1195 of 1986, dated 24 April 1987 have been complied with, and by consent, hereby orders — That the Salaried Officers of Murdoch University Award 1984 as amended, be further amended by deleting paragraphs (b) and (e) from subclause (6) of Clause 27.—Long Service Leave and renumbering paragraphs (c) to (i) inclusive as paragraphs (b) to (g) respectively with effect from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after this day.
