COMMISSIONER J.A. NEGUS. 27th day of June 1990. Order. HAVING heard Mr B. Horstman on behalf of the Applicant and Mr K. Dodd on behalf of the Respondent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders — That a Temporary Special Allowance of $12 000 per annum shall be applied to the District and Regional Mining Engineer positions within the country-based Inspectorate of the Mining Engineering Division of the Department ofMines.
