COMMISSIONER R.N. GEORGE. 5 August 1993. Order. REGISTRATION OF AN ENTERPRISE BARGAINING INDUSTRIAL AGREEMENT No. AG 34 of 1993. HAVING heard Mr F. Logan and with him Mr K. Street on behalf of the Applicant and Mr M. Percival and with him Mr Markich on behalf of the Respondent and by consent the Commission, being satisfied that the Agreement complies within the terms of the General Order of the Commission No. 1752 of 1991 dated 31 January 1992 and pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders— 1. That the Agreement as set out in the Schedule attached hereto is hereby registered as an Enter- prise Bargaining Industrial Agreement. 2. That the Schedule, which is private to the parties, is sealed on the Commission's file and is available for perusal only with the permission of the Commission and the parties. (Sgd.) R.N.
