HAVING heard Mr G.M. Reilly on his own behalf as the Applicant and Mr N.J. Duckworth on behalf of the Respondent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders— That the respondent shall, within 14 days of the date hereof, pay to the applicant the sum of $8,037.72 by way of denied contractual benefit.
