Tomlinson on behalf of the Respondents, and by consent, the Commission being satisfied that the application conforms to the Minimum Rates Adjustment principle of the State Wage Principles, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders— That the Timber Yard Workers Award No. 11 of 1951 be varied in accordance with the following Schedule and that such variation shall have effect from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after the 3rd day of June 1993.
