HAVING heard Mr D. Johnston on behalf of the Applicant and Messrs Wells, Gandini and Logan on behalf of the Respondents, and by consent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders— That Order No. 2583 of 1989 be varied in accordance with the following Schedule and that such variation shall have effect on and from 8 January 1993. (Sgd.) C.B. PARKS, [L.S.] Commissioner. Schedule. Delete order number 3 in Order No. 2583 of 1989 and insert in lieu thereof— 3.
