BEECH. 23 December 1992. Order. HAVING heard Mr Z. Adizhes on his own behalf as the Applicant and Mr R.I. Marshall on behalf of the Respondent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders— That the respondent shall forthwith pay to the applicant the wages which would have been earned by him between the 20th day of June and the 5th day of July 1992 by way of denied contractual benefits.
