Logan on behalf of the Applicants and Mr R. Lowry on behalf of the Respondent, and by consent the Commission, being satisfied that the matter is consistent with the Principles enunciated by the State Wage Case decision—January 1992 and pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders— That the following schedule titled Coates Hire Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 1992, signed by me for identification, be registered as an Enterprise Bargaining Industrial Agreement. Parties Bound 5. Date and Period of Operation 6. Relationship to Parent Awards 7. Single Bargaining Unit 8. Objectives 9. Commitments 10. Consultative Committees 11. Wages 12. This Agreement shall apply to Coates Hire with respect to all employees covered by the Metal Trades (General) Award 1966 No. 13 of 1965 or the Electrical Contracting Industry Award R22 of 1978. 4.—Parties Bound. The parties to this Agreement are— Coates Hire (W.A. Division); Metals and Engineering Workers' Union—Western Australia; Australian Electrical, Electronics, Foundry and Engi- neering Union (Western Australian Branch). 5.—Date and Period of Operation.
