HAVING heard Mr F. Logan on behalf of the Applicant and Mr B. Williams on behalf of the Respondents, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 hereby orders— That the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry (Construction and Servicing) Award No. 10 of 1979 be varied in accordance with the following Schedule and that such variation shall have effect from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after the 1st day of January, 1994. Clause 29.—Wages: (A) Immediately following paragraph (b) of subclause (1) insert a new paragraph (c) as follows: (c) The Safety Net Adjustment set out in this subclause represents a payment which shall be absorbed into any overaward payments.
