De Silva on behalf of the Respondent, and having been satisfied that the award varia- tion sought is in accordance with the State Wage Case Deci- sion handed down by the Commission in Court Session on 30 December 1994 the Commission pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979 as amended hereby orders-- THAT the Hospital Employees' (Perth Dental Hospi- tal) Award 1971 be amended in accordance with the fol- lowing schedule and that such variation shall have effect from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after I January 1995. (e) The rates of pay in this award include the first $8.00 per week arbitrated safety net adjustment payable under the December, 1994 State Wage Decision. This first $8.00 per week arbitrated safety net ad- justment may be offset to the extent of any wage increase as a result of agreements reached at enter- prise level since I November, 1991. Increases made under previous State Wage Case Principles or un- der the current Statement of Principles, excepting those reSUlting from enterprise agreements, are not to be used to offset arbitrated safety net adjustments.
