In the case of inconsistencies between the provisions contained in the Award and those in this Agreement, the provision in this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of any such incon- sistencies. 4.—AREA AND SCOPE This Agreement shall apply to officers who are employed by the East Perth Redevelopment Authority and who are mem- bers of or eligible to be members of the Civil Service Asso- ciation of Western Australia (Inc). 5.—NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES COVERED As at July 18 1996, the number of employees subject to this Agreement totals three. 6.—PARTIES BOUND This Agreement is between the East Perth Redevelopment Authority and the Civil Service Association of Western Aus- tralia (Inc). 7.—DEFINITIONS “Agreement” means the East Perth Redevelopment Authority Enterprise Agreement 1996. “Award” means the Government Officers Salaries, Allowances and Conditions Award 1989, as amended from time to time, or any Award which replaces such Award. “Employer” means the East Perth Redevelopment Authority. “Association” means the organisation of employees known as the Civil Service Association of Western Australia (Inc). 8.—TERM OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement will remain in operation from the date of registration in the
