No. P 16 of 1995. COMMISSIONER C.B. PARKS. 7 August 1996. Order. HAVING heard Mr P. Connell on behalf of the Applicant and Mr C. Gleeson on behalf of the Respondent and by consent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979, hereby orders: THAT the Government Officers (State Government In- surance Commission) Award 1987 be varied in accord- ance with the following Schedule and that such variation shall have effect on and from 29 July 1996.
