Moss on behalf of a Respondent and by consent, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979, hereby orders: THAT the Motor Vehicle (Service Station, Sales Es- tablishments, Rust Prevention and Paint Protection) In- dustry Award No. 29 of 1980 be varied in accordance with the following Schedule and that such variation shall have effect from the beginning of the first pay period com- mencing on or after 4 February 1997.
