1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.394—Unfair dismissal Bradley Scott Carlin-Smith v Neirbo Real Estate Pty.Ltd T/A Homes Group Estate Agents (U2017/3183) COMMISSIONER WILSON MELBOURNE, 18 SEPTEMBER 2017 Application for an unfair dismissal remedy. [1] Pursuant to the decision issued on 18 September 2017 ([2017] FWC 4785), I order that: 1) The Respondent pay to the Applicant compensation to the amount of $5,812 taxed according to law which is to be distributed as follows: $5,308 is to be paid directly to the Applicant less applicable taxation as required by law; and $504 to be paid into the Applicant’s superannuation account. 2) The payment is to be paid within 14 days of this order.
