Trainer on behalf of the applicant and Mr S. Heathcote on behalf of the respondent, the Commis- sion, pursuant to the powers conferred on it under the Industrial Relations Act, 1979 hereby 1. DECLARES that the dismissal of Aaron Samuel Kerr by Cook’s Construction Pty Ltd was unfair. 2.
