HAVING heard from Ms J Pritchard on behalf of the City of Stirling and Ms J Hugo on behalf of the Western Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union of Employees, the Commission, pursuant to the powers conferred under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), hereby orders –
THAT the agreement made between the parties filed in the Commission on 27 November 2025 entitled the City of Stirling Inside Workforce Agreement 2025, as amended by the parties on 11 December 2025 attached hereto be registered as an industrial agreement in replacement of the City of Stirling Inside Workforce Agreement 2023, which by operation of s 41(8) is cancelled.
