Clause 21. – Superannuation: Delete subclause (1)(a)(i) of this clause and insert the following in lieu thereof— (1) Employer Contributions— (a) (i) The employer shall contribute 9% of ordinary time earnings per eligible employee into either the Catholic Schools’ Superannuation Fund (WA), the Newman Colleges’ Staff Superannuation Plan, or Concept One Superannuation Plan which comply with the guidelines established by the Occupational Superannuation Commission, or And further, with the consent of the parties, the Commission records the following basis for variations— 1.
